Jay W. Kiesewetter has been recently elected as a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation. Paul E. Prather and Robert D. Meyers have been elected as Fellows in the Litigation Council of America. The Litigation Council of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one half of one percent of all lawyers in America. Fellows are selected based on both effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at trial and appellate levels and on superior ethical reputation. Steve Hymowitz, Jonathan Kaplan, Jay Kiesewetter and Paul Prather have been included on the 2009 Mid-South Super Lawyers’ Top 100 Tennessee and Top 50 Memphis lists. Tanja L. Thompson has been included on the 2009 Mid-South Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list. Tanja L. Thompson was selected as a member of the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section’s inaugural Leadership Development Program in 2009. The Program’s 25 class members, representing all constituencies, were selected based on their dedication to the practice of labor and employment law, their past accomplishments, and their vision for the future.
