You need JavaScript enabled to view itMr. Gallagher represents and advises management clients in all aspects of employment and labor relations, including state and federal employment litigation, proceedings before administrative bodies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board, and litigation avoidance. He is experienced in counseling clients with regard to discrimination and harassment claims, non-competition agreements and trade secret issues, wage and hour issues, and unfair labor practices. Mr. Gallagher received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, New York, in June of 2007. He received his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in English, with a minor in economics, from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, in May of 2003. While in law school, Mr. Gallagher was named a University Scholar and, prior to transferring to Cardozo, served as an editor of the Widener Law Journal. Mr. Gallagher is admitted to practice in the state courts of Tennessee, Mississippi, New York, and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, Northern District of Mississippi, Southern District of Mississippi, and District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In addition to his bar admissions, Mr. Gallagher is also a member of, and involved in the labor and employment law sections of, the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and Mississippi’s state bar association, the Mississippi Bar.
