Rachel Spencer is the Firm’s Administrator, Marketing and Events.  She began her career with the Firm as a paralegal in December 1996.  Ms. Spencer has over 40 years of paralegal experience, most of which has been in labor and employment law.  She attended the University of Mississippi and received her paralegal degree from Northwest Mississippi Junior College.  Ms. Spencer is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and the Memphis Paralegal Association.  She is charter president of the Mississippi Association of Legal Assistants.
